Our experienced business development team have well established links with land owners and agents throughout the UK and are proven in sourcing and progressing new opportunities for our clients. Once a suitable opportunity is identified we negotiate and progress the legal purchase of the site within the appropriate financial parameters.

Design & Planning:

Our in house technical team design the scheme for the site in accordance with local housing needs and national and local government policies. Before finalising our scheme we undertake public consultation with local communities to establish their views and opinions. This also serves to inform local residents of our intentions and often results in local support particularly where the homes are for local people.

Technical:

Our technical team also undertake the necessary site investigations and inquiries to ensure that the scheme is designed to accommodate any abnormal site conditions and the most cost effective and appropriate engineering solution is undertaken to accommodate ground conditions, site topography and services.

Commercial:

Our commercial team is responsible for costing the scheme and through their negotiation skills and contact base stride to achieve costs which are the most competitive within the industry.

Construction:

Our construction team is responsible for the delivery of the schemes. Their focus is on achieving high quality homes within strict time parameters. During construction they work closely with the Housing Association to ensure quality of build and phased delivery if required. We are members of the
Considerate Contractor and enter into local employment initiatives to extend the skills and employment for local people.
